At Yuvawave, we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order, correct a shipping address, change a size, update a product option, or request another adjustment after purchase. This Cancel / Change Order Policy explains how order cancellation and order modification requests are handled for purchases made through https://yuvawave.com/.

Yuvawave sells women’s fashion items, including Dresses, Shirts, and Skirts. Because orders may enter processing quickly after checkout, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make any change.


1. Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed, packed, or shipped.

2. Daily Cut-Off Time

Yuvawave uses a daily order cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before the cut-off may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off usually begin processing on the next business day.

Because processing may begin quickly, cancellation or change requests should be sent as soon as possible after placing the order.


3. Order Change Requests

Customers may request changes before the order enters fulfillment. Available changes may depend on product availability, processing status, and whether the order has already been prepared for shipment.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To request a cancellation or order change, contact Yuvawave customer support by email.

5. Cancellation Approval

A cancellation is not confirmed until Yuvawave replies and confirms that the order has been canceled. Sending a cancellation request does not automatically stop fulfillment.

If cancellation is approved and payment has already been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.


6. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved, Yuvawave will process the refund back to your original payment method.

Yuvawave does not charge cancellation fees for approved cancellations.

After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.


7. No Cancellation Fees

Yuvawave does not charge customers a fee for approved order cancellations.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer available. However, you may request a return after delivery if the item qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Address Change Policy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately.

Address changes may be possible only before the order has been shipped.

Please check that your address includes:

  • Full recipient name
  • Street address
  • Apartment, suite, unit, or building number if applicable
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP code
  • Country
  • Correct email address

Yuvawave is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


9. Address Changes After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, Yuvawave may not be able to change the delivery address. Delivery address updates after shipment are usually controlled by the carrier.

Depending on the carrier, you may be able to request delivery changes directly through:

Carrier address changes are not guaranteed and may be subject to carrier rules, fees, or restrictions. Yuvawave cannot promise that a carrier will approve an address change after shipment.


10. Size, Color, or Style Changes

If you need to change the size, color, or style of an item, contact us as soon as possible.

Such changes are only possible if:

  • The order has not entered processing or fulfillment
  • The requested item is available
  • The price and product details allow the change
  • The change can be completed before shipping

If the requested item is unavailable or the order is already being prepared, we may not be able to complete the change.


11. Adding Items to an Existing Order

In most cases, items cannot be added to an order after checkout has been completed. If you want to purchase additional items, you may need to place a separate order.

If you contact us quickly, we will review whether an order adjustment is possible. However, we cannot guarantee that separate orders can be combined or shipped together.


12. Removing Items from an Existing Order

Removing an item from an order may be possible only before processing begins. If the order has already entered fulfillment, we may not be able to remove items.

If an item is removed from an approved order, any eligible refund for the removed item will be issued to the original payment method.


13. Payment Method Changes

For security reasons, Yuvawave generally cannot change the payment method after an order has been placed.

If you used the wrong payment method and the order has not been processed, you may request cancellation and place a new order using the correct payment method.

14. Billing Information Changes

Billing details are connected to payment verification and may not be editable after checkout. If billing information is incorrect, contact us immediately. In some cases, the order may need to be canceled and replaced if it has not entered processing.

Yuvawave may cancel orders if payment verification fails or if information appears incorrect, incomplete, or suspicious.


15. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. Customers will receive tracking information when the package is handed to USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

If your order has already shipped, please wait for delivery and contact us if you need return assistance.


16. Return Option After Delivery

If your order cannot be canceled or changed because it has already shipped, you may be able to return the item after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Yuvawave accepts eligible returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Refunds for approved returns are processed within 10 days after return approval and inspection. No return fees or restocking fees are charged by Yuvawave for approved returns.

Returned items must meet return condition requirements, including being unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and eligible under the return policy.


17. Incorrect Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing correct order information at checkout. Yuvawave cannot guarantee changes after an order is submitted.

18. Returned to Sender Due to Customer Error

If a package is returned to Yuvawave because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed package, or customer refusal, please contact us for assistance.

Available options may depend on the package condition and carrier return status.

19. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place duplicate orders, contact us immediately. Duplicate orders can only be canceled if they have not entered processing or shipment.

Please include both order numbers so we can review the request quickly.

Once duplicate orders have shipped, they cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if the items qualify under our Return & Refund Policy.


20. Fraud Prevention and Order Review

Yuvawave may hold, cancel, or review orders for security reasons. This may occur if payment information, billing details, shipping address, or order behavior appears unusual or requires verification.

Reasons for review may include:

  • Payment verification issues
  • Mismatched billing and shipping details
  • Unusual order activity
  • Suspected unauthorized transaction
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Fraud prevention alerts

If we need additional information, we may contact you by email. If verification cannot be completed, the order may be canceled and refunded where applicable.


21. Product Availability Changes

In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, Yuvawave may contact you with available options.

22. Carrier Delays Are Not Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, holiday volume, transportation issues, or other carrier events do not qualify as order cancellations.

Yuvawave will help review tracking information and provide guidance, but we cannot cancel an order that is already in transit.

We review cancellation and change requests as quickly as possible during support hours. Requests sent outside support hours will be reviewed during the next available support period.

Because order processing may move quickly, submitting a request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped or changed.
